For maintenance therapy, 10 mg to 40 mg, two or three times daily, is recommended. The usual starting dose of Isordil Titradose is 5 mg to 20 mg, two or three times daily. Isordil (isosorbide dinitrate) tablets come in strengths of 5 or 40 mg of isosorbide dinitrate. Check with your physician for additional information about side effects.
